 Mericia Anglade founded She Is Whole, LLC, a health and wellness consulting and educational resource dedicated to empowering women through their hormonal health journey. Specializing in Perimenopause and Menopause, She Is Whole addresses the unique challenges women face during these transformative stages of life. With a focus on hormonal imbalances that lead to symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, low libido, vaginal dryness, weight gain, irregular periods, thyroid issues, and sleep disturbances, Mericia provides valuable guidance and support to help women regain balance, vitality, and well-being.

 Mericia Anglade is a speaker author and teacher. She is passionate about supporting women on their wellness journey and empowering them to live healthier, more balanced lives. Through her workshops, seminars, online courses at SheIsWhole.org, and books, Live, Love, Laugh, and Forgive and Eat to Lose Bootcamp, Mericia has made it her mission to guide women toward a more vibrant and empowered life.
Her academic background includes majoring in Women’s Studies at Florida International University, a Holistic Certification as a Lifestyle Health & Wellness Coach at Wild Wood Lifestyle Center, and certification as a Mental Health Coach from Light University School of Mental Health.
