Hello! I’m Mericia Anglade, the founder of She Is Whole, LLC. I’m deeply passionate about supporting women on their wellness journeys and empowering them to live healthier lives. Through my books, Live, Love, Laugh, and Forgive and Eat to Lose Bootcamp, I’ve made it my mission to guide women towards a more vibrant and balanced life.
My academic background includes studies in Women’s Studies at Florida International University, as well as completion of the Holistic Program at Wild Wood Lifestyle Center and training at Light University School of Mental Health. These experiences have further deepened my commitment to women’s health and wellness. In addition, my work with the Breast Cancer Association and collaboration with The Heart Truth campaign reflect my ongoing dedication to raising awareness about vital issues, such as heart disease in women.
